The valley consists of about 20 ha of land. It has coconut palmtree plantation, rainforest, and old plantations, which we clean out step by step and change into pastures, fields and gardens; besides that it has a riding paddock, round pen, horseback-archery track and planned are fish pools and of course a mosque, houses and guest accommodation.
