Al-hamdulillah, we have new family members: Donald & Daisy (ducks) and Gustav & Gisela (gooses), who are quite happy with our new fish pool. It becomes such a nice place! We only wished Dhul Qarnain could pass by and wall off the valley from the outside fitnah!
But there is also some sad news: Our beloved friend Merlin, the Anoa, died a few days ago! He was such a cute animal! Had his annoying features like stepping on one's toe and eating freshly planted flowers though, but we are grateful that he spent nine months with us! He must have eaten something sharp or poisenous ... |

Although we do not like that much forums because of all the time wasting "spam" which normally accumulates, we also see the benefits of it and created a forum for the project. It also has a platform for those looking for like minded people in other countries striving to build up their own village.
We were always expecting that one day all this 'modern world' would cease to exist because of the ahadith concerning al-Mahdi, which tells us that Malhamah al-Kubra would be fought again with horse, sword and bow. We were just not sure how it would happen, either by an EMP effect caused by nuclear bombs or by a sun storm (or both). We found now this article, which fits with our expectations and our wish mentioned already in one of the previous newsletters, that participants of the project should set up their emergency provision latest in the middle of 2012 (so they should start farming latest in mid 2011)! Funny detail, this article is published in 'the sun':

A GIANT explosion of energy from the Sun could paralyse Earth in just three years' time, scientists warned yesterday.
They fear a huge solar flare is due to erupt in 2013 - causing blackouts and global chaos.
The once-in-a-century disaster could see power grids crash, communication systems collapse, planes grounded, food supplies hit and the internet shut down.
Everything from home freezers to car sat navs would be affected.
The disaster could mirror the Great Solar Flare of 1859.
That wreaked horrendous damage across Europe and America - burning out telegraph wires across both continents.
 The threat of another disaster - which could mirror scenes in Hollywood blockbuster 2012 - is so great that Defence Secretary Liam Fox called an emergency conference in London yesterday.
Dr Fox told experts that incalculable damage would be caused if an explosion similar to the one in 1859 occurred in modern times. He called on scientists to build a strategy against the impending disaster.
The talks, organised by the Electric Infrastructure Security Council, heard that the Sun will reach a critical stage of its cycle in 2013.
A surge of magnetic energy in its atmosphere is likely to trigger radiation storms which cause massive power surges.
Such a phenomenon occurs only once about every 100 years.
The last big flare, in 1859, smothered two thirds of the Earth's skies in a blood-red aurora. Such scenes could occur again, causing cloud storms in major modern cities such as London, Paris and New York.
In 1989, a more common smaller solar flare took out power stations in Quebec, Canada.
In the movie 2012, starring John Cusack, a solar flare causes global temperatures to soar. The planet is then battered by tsunamis and earthquakes, threatening mankind.
Yesterday's conference also heard that a hostile power could cause a similar effect by exploding a nuclear weapon in space.
Dr Fox added: "While we all benefit from scientific advances, so we also create vulnerabilities that can be exploited by our enemies.
"However advanced we become, the chain of our security is only as strong as its weakest link."
Last night the electric security council discussed a plan of action.
And former US government defence adviser Dr Avi Schnurr warned: "A geomagnetic storm could shatter nations all over the earth. We cannot wait for disaster to spur us to action."

Of course, this could also be another hoax of the 'Master of lie', who is again in need of an "emergency scenario"! Probably the 'sun storm' will be just HAARP in action. Whatever the case, glad to be in the countryside, where blackouts happen daily!
Now that slowly more and more people start to realize how important it becomes to relocate, we get increasingly emails of "desperate" brothers and sisters, telling us that situation becomes worse in US and Europe and asking us how they could relocate. I am sorry, but I have to repeat it here:
All we can do for people without funds: You may put up your tent / hut at the beach part of ours free of costs. Hopefully you will be able to set up an emergency supply of some kind. At least their are coconuts all over the place.
In case Allah would provide us with additional funds (it is a miracle anyway that we came so far without any major help from other brothers), we would first of all sponsor mothers without husband and their kids.
