Al-hamdulillah, the riding paddock is nearly done. Its final size is 56m x 28m.
We are preparing now the water supply system, which works contrary to previous planning without electricity (no water pump needed).
Altogether nearly 400 m of pipes will be used (below, in front of the new chicken stable, as the old one was too far away from the house and the eggs always eaten by the lizards)!
The preparation of the building site of the 2nd house has begun.
We also bought additional land at the beach, our beach front becoming 80m long. We decided, now that the Islamic Resort will not be built anymore, that this land should serve as a place for free 'accommodation'.
Anybody who wants to put up his tent there or build himself a simple hut out of natural materials may do so free of charge. No rental agreement needed, but of course we expect the guests to behave themselves. It is also a condition to have proper passport and visa (at THIS location...) as well as no polluting of the place with whatever waste. Whoever wants professional help with building a hut: With around 300 Euro a decent hut can be built already. Do not invest too much because in case the property will be allocated for a project, we will give only three months advanced notice insyaAllah. Please see also update under Join us!
