Taxes are 10% on an official sales contract signed by the mayor of the village. If one deems a normal sales receipt as sufficient, then there are no taxes. Otherwise, 10% on the amount written on the official sales contract. The taxes are not only un-Islamic, they will also go most probably into the private pocket of the mayor. So if one needs such an official paper, the costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
